Overview

MGB Development Group delivered a 112,000 SF build-to-suit manufacturing and refrigerated warehouse facility for Kraft Foods in Mason City, Iowa. The project supports the production and distribution of Jell-O products and serves as a direct extension of Kraft’s existing operations.

Designed to accommodate both manufacturing and cold storage functions, the facility integrates production, temperature-controlled warehousing, and distribution within a single environment. An enclosed connector links the building to the adjacent plant, allowing for efficient product flow while maintaining controlled conditions throughout.
