MGB’s Role
MGB Development Group served as owner and developer, delivering the build-to-suit facility tailored to Verizon Wireless’s operational requirements and strategic objectives. MGB led site acquisition and project financing and oversaw all phases of design, permitting, and construction.
The project was fast-tracked for completion to meet Verizon’s accelerated timeline. Beginning site work in the middle of the harsh Nebraska winter, the turnkey project was completed in less than 7 months, allowing Verizon to commence operations ahead of schedule.
