Kent Gregory

Kent is a nationally respected real estate executive with more than four decades of leadership experience in corporate real estate, build-to-suit execution, and mixed-use development. Over his career, he has shaped over 20 million square feet of commercial developments across the United States and Europe.

Kent began his career with IBM in sales before advancing into management and product development roles. In 1988, he was recruited by the Trammell Crow Company, where he transitioned into commercial real estate with a primary focus on Fortune 500 clients and build-to-suit programs. Over the next twelve years, he held senior development and management positions with OPUS and CarrAmerica Realty Corporation. His clients have included many of the nation’s leading corporations, among them Fresenius, PPG, General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Maytag, UnitedHealthcare, EDS, Whirlpool, Liberty Mutual, Verizon, and Cox Communications.

In recent years, Kent expanded his portfolio into multi-family development, delivering over 1,000 units, as well as hotel development and ownership with Hyatt and Hilton.

Kent holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota and an MBA from Pace University in New York City. He also earned a Master’s in Corporate Real Estate and was the founder of the Minnesota Real Estate Institute in Minneapolis. In addition, he served as a founding board chair of the Fulton Leadership Academy, helping guide its establishment and early growth.
