Paul Brown

Paul leads MGB’s acquisitions, development, and disposition operations, overseeing project financing, construction, and national build-to-suit delivery. With more than $700 million in completed developments across diverse sectors, he brings a hands-on leadership style that combines technical expertise with proven business acumen to consistently deliver projects that exceed client expectations.

Paul began his career at Corgan Associates Architects, where he built a strong foundation in design and construction management. After earning his MBA, he transitioned into senior project leadership roles with Macfarlan Real Estate Partners and Duke Realty Corporation, where he was instrumental in establishing their Texas development operations.

Over the course of his 35-year career, Paul has earned a reputation as a trusted and collaborative partner. His expertise in entitlement procurement, financial structuring, and complex project execution has
supported developments for clients such as FedEx, Verizon, Fresenius Medical Care, MedVet, Kraft Foods, Cox Communications, and Liberty Mutual.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration. He is recognized for his ability to deliver exceptional results in challenging, fast-paced environments, and for building long-term client partnerships grounded in trust and performance.
