Southern New Hampshire University Garage is a 600,000 SF, six-story mixed-use parking structure completed in 2020, providing approximately 1,700 parking spaces. Developed in partnership with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), it supports the university’s new Campus Operations building and online program offices. The garage was designed to blend with surrounding historic and modern architecture, featuring a traditional brick masonry façade with contemporary vertical glass elements on the corners.
