Vida Kannapolis is a six-story, 286-unit mixed-use apartment building completed in March 2021 as a catalyst project in the downtown revitalization of the former textile mill town. The development includes approximately 19,000 SF of ground-floor retail and restaurant space and features a city-funded parking deck offering around 413 structured parking spaces, planned to support both residents and public use. Situated in the Franklin Urban Sports & Entertainment (FUSE) district and adjacent to the minor-league ballpark, Vida Kannapolis helped anchor private investment in downtown as part of a broader master plan led in partnership with the City.
